Drawing from person-centred therapy, CBT, transactional analysis, solution-focused approaches, polyvagal theory and neuroscience. This flexibility allows me to tailor our sessions to your needs while building a safe, genuine therapeutic relationship to support meaningful growth.
You can choose between online, in-person, or telephone sessions, depending on what feels most accessible and comfortable. Both options offer a consistent, supportive space to explore your thoughts and feelings and move toward the changes you want to make.
Hi I'm Gemma
I understand how demanding, complicated, and overwhelming life can feel at times. We all have moments when things become heavy or unclear, and having a supportive space to talk can make a real difference.
I've been working as an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist for six years (post-qualification), building on earlier experience in youth work and supporting parents, families, and professionals. These roles taught me the value of listening without judgement and working alongside people with warmth and openness.
Over the years, I've supported adults from many different backgrounds through a wide range of challenges — anxiety, depression, work or home-related stress, domestic abuse, parenting difficulties, miscarriage, terminal illness, bereavement, life-stage transitions, and those times when someone simply feels stuck.
Therapy can offer a rare space to put things down, take a breath, and be fully yourself without fear of judgement or feeling like you're burdening the people you care about. In that space, it becomes possible to explore what's holding you back, reconnect with your strengths, and move through life's challenges with greater clarity and compassion for yourself.
